When will my order be processed?
We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day from the order date. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
Additional processing time may apply during holidays and sale periods.
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been processed, we can no longer make changes.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on your location. Domestic shipping generally takes 1–2 business days, while international orders may take 2–4 business days.
Please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as customs clearance, may cause delays.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address if your order has not yet been shipped.
What if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
In the rare case that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service immediately. We’ll do everything we can to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
