Welcome to Sheppr! To provide you with a smooth shopping experience, we’ve outlined some terms and conditions that apply to your purchases. Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully so you’re aware of the rules and agreements that apply when shopping with Sheppr.

2. Offer and Agreement
By purchasing a product from Sheppr, you are entering into an agreement with us. These Terms apply to all your orders and purchases. By placing an order, you automatically agree to these Terms.
We ensure the most recent version of these Terms is always available on our website. You can view, download, or print them at any time.
Please provide accurate information when placing an order to ensure proper delivery. Sheppr processes your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.
Any agreement resulting from an obvious mistake, such as an unrealistic price, is not binding for Sheppr. If in doubt about an offer, please contact us. In the event of force majeure (e.g., shipping or supply issues), Sheppr reserves the right to cancel your order. You will be notified in writing if this occurs.
3. Price and Payment
All prices listed in the webshop include VAT and exclude any applicable shipping fees, which are listed separately. Payment can be made using the methods offered in the Sheppr webshop.
Orders outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and customs fees beyond Sheppr’s control. These additional charges are the customer’s responsibility and may be payable upon delivery.
4. Delivery
Sheppr aims to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. If there is a delay in delivery, we will inform you accordingly.
If you receive damaged or incomplete items, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We ship orders to the address provided and via the selected shipping method. If an incorrect address is provided, the risk and costs for any lost items lie with the customer.
5. Liability
Sheppr strives to represent its products as accurately as possible. However, slight color or tone differences may occur. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days. The product must be clean, unworn, and in its original condition.
Sheppr is not liable for damage resulting from improper or excessive use of our products. If an item is defective, please contact us at info@sheppr.nl.
Although we take great care with the information on our website, we cannot guarantee it is completely error-free. Sheppr is not liable for any damage resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy
Under Dutch law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. Sheppr has extended this period, allowing you to return products within 30 days.
Returns can be registered through our return portal. After registration, you’ll receive a return label to send the product back. For partial returns, we only refund the amount of the returned item(s).
Sheppr will issue a refund, minus any return shipping costs, within 10 working days of receiving the returned item(s).
7. Intellectual Property
Sheppr holds all intellectual property rights related to the brand, products, and website. It is not permitted to copy or commercially use our content, including text and images, without written permission.
8. Changes
Any changes to these Terms will be published on our website and take effect immediately. We recommend reviewing the Terms each time you place an order.
9. Applicable Law
These Terms and the agreement between you and Sheppr are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district of Midden-Nederland.
